If you would like to change the text size used throughout this website, you can change it via your web browser's menu:
Internet Explorer users: go to View > Text Size
Opera users: go to View > Zoom
Mozilla users: go to View > Increase Text Size
Some browsers also enable you change text size using Ctrl and the - and + keys.
You can also click on the AAAA links at the top of each page to change the text size.
This site may contain links to Acrobat and Word documents. To view these you may need to download and install viewers:

At the time of writing both of these are free downloads.
This site has been designed to allow easy navigation using either the mouse or the keyboard. To navigate using the keyboard use the Tab key to move forwards through links or Shift + Tab to move backwards through links and the Return key to activate a link. Pressing the Backspace key will take you back one page.
Access keys are used to provide keyboard shortcuts as an alternative form of navigation around the website. Usage of access keys differs according to browser:
Internet Explorer 5+: Hold down the Alt key and select the access character (see list below), then press Enter
Internet Explorer 4: Hold down the Alt key and select the access character (see list below)
Internet Explorer 5+ for Mac: Hold down the Ctrl key and select the access character (see list below)
Internet Explorer 4.5 for Mac: Access keys are not supported
Netscape 6+: Hold down the Alt key and select the access character (see list below)
Netscape earlier versions: Access keys are not supported
Mozilla: Hold down the Alt key and select the access character (see list below)
Opera: In sequence press Shift then Esc and then select the access character (see list below)

A 'skip navigation' facility has been provided on this site for the benefit of users with screen readers. It can be implemented by using the skip navigation access key. This allows the user to bypass the navigation areas and go directly to that page's main content.
